vNATO collects minimal personal data required for virtual aviation operations on the IVAO network. This includes:

• IVAO VID (Virtual ID)
• Name (as registered on IVAO)
• Email address (for communication only)
• Flight logs and operational statistics

2. Data Usage

Your data is used strictly for:

• Validating membership and rank within vNATO
• Tracking flight hours and mission completion
• Internal organization communication

We do NOT share your data with third parties outside of the IVAO network requirements.

3. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("Right to be Forgotten")
• Withdraw consent for data processing
